The hotel’s bills are payable immediately after arrival. The security deposit is required in the amount of 500,00 PLN at the arrival and during the customer’s stay and is settled up at the departure date.
Customer is liable for any damages or losses made. The security deposit is taken to protect against exposure to liability. If the cost is higher than security deposit the customer is obligated to pay off the difference.
- The customer can not pass the house to other person even if have not reached the end of the period for which the fee was paid.
- Visitors may stay in the complex from 8 am till 10 pm.
- The quiet hours begin at 10 pm and last till 6 am.
- The behavior of the customer and of other people using services should not interfere the stay of other customers. The owner of the complex may withdraw the contract in the case the braking the rule.
- Customer may bring the dog to the complex prior the consent of management. Dogs must be kept on leash and wear muzzle.
- For the security reasons customers are asked to:
- not smoke tobacco in houses
- not threw cigarette butts and matches to the bin,
- not store flammable , caustic and odorous substances in the room,
- not use own radiators, electric heaters, electric or gas ovens. For braking the rule the penalty payment of 300,00PLN will be charged
- lighting up the barbeque is permitted only in designated areas. All precautions should be taken.
- For the security reasons before leaving the house customers are asked to:
- turning off the taps
- turning off the lights.
- We do not take responsibility for any belongings left in the houses and on the complex area.
- We do not take liability to any damages or losses to cars or any other vehicles left on the parking. Must be noted that the parking is unguarded.
The customer takes liability for any damages to equipment and technical installations.
In the event of fire or other hazard all people staying in the resort are obliged to follow emergency instructions.
The customer is asked to inform the owner about any objections regarding services, facilities or equipment.
There is no refunds for shorten the stay.
In the case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
If until midnight there is no reported delay and the customer does not arrive, the booking will be canceled automatically.
